这套建筑面积117的公寓采用了现代极简的设计风格，由凝美设计事务所NIME SPACE DESIGN 打造，设计师通过精心的设计和搭配，营造出一种简约而具有质感的居住所。
This 117.45-storey apartment adopts a modern and minimalist design style. It was built by nime space design, a design firm. Through careful design and matching, the designer creates a simple and textured residence.

因为老房子，所以其中肯定会有一些硬性条件是改变不了的，比如暖气管道,所以在改造格局的时候，利用定制家具的优点来把缺憾弥补掉。中西厨位置上的那个柱子，用来掩盖暖气管道,反而让这儿的设计更耐人寻味。
Because of the old house, there will definitely be some hard conditions that cannot be changed, such as heating pipes, so when renovating the pattern, use the advantages of custom furniture to make up for the shortcomings. The pillar in the Chinese and Western kitchens is used to hide the heating pipes, which makes the design more intriguing.

业主一家三口，女儿已经参加工作，夫妻二人也已经退休，所以抛开一切顾虑，只要住着舒服，北京名义上的三不三居室已经无所谓。比起有一个大客厅，和一个开敞式厨房更来的实在。
